I recently posted the Symptoms, Tips and Treatment of Dehydration , I also discussed what food you need the have in the period of Dehydration. I have been a victim of Dehydration at my work place, I suggested to Hospital they keep me in the supervision of doctors for a day and finally they told me I got Dehydrated. Here I am discussing few Home Remedies what I did to Re hydrated ?

Drink : Drinks always been a good friend to us and there are lots of drinks which are very useful during Dehydration so here is a question what drink we should take that moment for fast recovery.
Chinese Skullcap: It was ancient Herb treatment in China now its popular all over the world . It dilate Blood Vessel in the Skin surface. (Note : It is not suppose to use for Pregnant and under Treatment Female )
Willow Bark : From ancient time it is used for inflammation, Headache, Pain and Temperature. There are three kind of Willow Bark.
Chamomile : Great replacement of fluid during dehydration. Chamomile is used for Pain Reveling and reducing Stomach Cramps.

- 1/2 tea spoon of Dry Ginger (5 times a day)
- 1 pinch of salt, Sugar, and 1 pinch of lemon soup with 1 glass of normal water
- Apple Juice with 1 pinch of Salt
- Chamomile Tea is natural pain reviler and best drink in Dehydration
- Drink a Cup of Buttermilk with 1 TSP Ginger
- Coconut Water is a great source of fluids than Water.
- Drink 1 Cup of Lime Water
As coconut is a prominent source of Electrolyte Water, it is less amount in Sugar and salt. Here is a recipe to drink during Dehydration.
- A Cup of Water
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Cantalope
- Banana (potassium enriched)
- Strawberries
- Raisins
- Yogurt
- Cottage Cheese
- Rub Epsom Salt into skin to make circulation better
- Use 1 cup of Salt water in to Bath tub.
- Rub Ice Cube into Skin, it make your skin soother
- Include 8 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar into bath tub and take bath for 15 minutes
- Put Wet Cloth into dry part of your body
Elder Flower : Its reduces the Body temperature during Dehydration, and other benefits are reducing Sunburn, cleaning freckles and enhancing perspiration.
