Dehydration Symptoms, Types & Treatment | Food during Dehydration

Human body is almost made of 70% Water, in any case you are not drinking perfect amount of water you could be the victim of Dehydration. Its understood the level of water makes your body work properly, the fluids transporting the Oxygen to cells, maintain organ function, protects joints and keeps body temperature accordingly. So if you are not respecting water level in the body the result can be Dehydration.















What is Dehydration
 Once you understand the importance of water in the body, we can go further for the results of not having water. I have explained in my first Post Water Benefits and water function in the Body.  The first primary sign you can see easily in yourself,  not enough Urine output, increase water thirst, and stop sweating.
 Dehydration Causes
  1. Diarrhea
  2. Vomiting
  3. Sweating
  4. Burns
  5. Diabetes
  6. Not Enough Drinking 
We can classified Dehydration in two terms.
 1. Mild and Moderate Dehydration  -  Its initial stage of the Dehydration.
2. Severe and Medical Emergencies - Its happens when the 100% fluids has been taken out.

Symptoms of Mild and Moderate Dehydration

  1. You feel dry and Sticky Mouth
  2. Can feel Sleeplessness and Tiredness
  3. Medium thirst level and Constipation
  4.  Less Urine Output and Headache
  5. May be Dizziness and lightheadedness  
  6. You see Moderate Yellow  Urine
  7. Muscle Cramps and Neurosensory  Disturbances
Symptoms of Severe and Medical Dehydration
  1. You will have Rapid Heartbeat, Rapid Breathing and Fever
  2. Sunken Eyes and Very Dry Mouth
  3. Low Blood Pressure and not Urination
  4. Fussiness , Weakness and No Sweating 
  5. No Tears comes out when crying
  6. Most dangerous Delirium and unconsciousness 
  7. Fontanels and infants (Mostly in Children) 
  8. Very Dark Yellow Urine

Treatment Of Dehydration
 You need to be very careful while Dehydrated, you have to have food what can be digested easily. Here we are listing some food which can be very helpful in Dehydration.Start drinking water16 Ounces every day.
  1. Banana 
  2. Rice
  3. Soda 
  4. Salt Crackers
  5. Potatoes
  6. Flavored Gelatine  
  7. Watermelon
  8. Strawberries
  9. Cantaloupe
  10. Cucumbers
  11. Watery Vegetables
  12. Add Salt pinch in Beverage
  13. Sport Drink (Gatorade and Power Edge)
