What is Belly Fat & Types?
A mound of research indicates over 20% of world population is suffering from belly problem, most of the people are youngsters. Fat is parked under our skin, heart, lungs, liver and other parts of the body. I am not a doctor but as I have gone through it so I am having some experience and study materials,would like to share with you. I used to be very skinny, one day I decided to be fat guy, then I started eating everything, never thought about calories, fat,whatever I liked to eat I eat. After two years I made myself very huge (Haahahha) it was my tummy getting bigger every day. My parents were happy to see me healthy, actually I was not healthy. Every day I was feeling some problems in my body, I could not run faster as i used to be,laziness knocking the door, feeling back pain, even though Its been very hard to touch my feet. I did not earned only belly fat, It has made my whole body fatty.wherever I see any fat tummy around, I can feel their pain. So I decided to make you people aware about belly fat, hold on ... think are you suffering from belly fat problems or your friends? Or your eating habits are as like me? Then you are at the right place to learn about it and simultaneously I will publish my diet sheet, tips, remedies and Workout suggestion.
How it Parked: Let's go way back, when human life used to depend on hunting, they had to store fat (Food,Meat etc.) for the winter, like bear keep himself hibernate in winter. Our body is designed to store fat, I am sure we are doing this job pretty well. Fat is always parked in the lower body in the shape of apple and pear. Food is plentiful around us so stop storing more fat in you body. I am not saying fat is bad for our body, here I mean to say the over storing habit of fat may be dangerous for our health. Fat parked in our body due to our eating habits, some cases are different cause of hormonal procedure (Heredity). Nothing is impossible in this world you can keep control on your body weight,for that you need a strong will power.

Types of Belly Fat:
- Visceral Fat: Fat parked deeper parts of your body is called Visceral Fat, it can found in you lungs, around heart,liver, stomach, kidney and under your skin.In an actual scenario you need little Visceral fat , it helps cushioning your organs but excessive fat may lead high blood pressure,Type 2 Diabetes, Brest Cancer, Clonal Cancer and Heart Problems. Best advise keep an eye on your body weight, high body weight can make you very sick. Studies says Visceral fat is the major factor for insulin resistance.
- Intramuscular Fat: Fat packed around the muscles is known as Intramuscular fat.
- Retro-peritoneal Fat: Fat packed behind the abdominal cavity is called Retro-peritoneal Fat.
- Subcutaneous Fat: Fat parked underneath of our body parts, which protects to organs of human body. Subcutaneous fat is loose fat you can fell it "pinch an inch".
