 everyone must have known the benefits of Lemon. Lemons are full of Vitamin C, antibacterial, antiviral, immune boosting, anti-aging and infection fighting properties. Ayurveda described lemon drink should be your first beverage in the morning; Also if you maintain your morning rituals, it helps you to balance self-esteem and self-discipline thru out all day long.  Lemons on warm water early morning kick off our metabolism for daily activities. Lemon drink is detoxifying and refreshing drink gives you more energy in your life. 

















Lemon drink has lots of advantages:-

Also it helps to flush your waste from the body. Lemon is natural diuretic, you can name it body toxins remover.                            
  2. Fast Digestion: - Lemon drink helps lever and kidneys to cleaning toxins from your body. Lemon produce acid (composition of Saliva and hydrochloric acid) we need for digestion. How to make Lemon Drink: -

There are several drinks you can make with lemon, what I prefer is Lemon tea.  First of all you need a glass of purified water, make sure the water is in room temperature (Do not use chilled or refrigerated water). Get some fresh organic lemon from you closest grocery store. Slice lemon and squeeze lemon juice in a glass. Add your tea bag on the juice you make wait for a while than your drink is ready to drink. If you think it’s too sour you can add honey into. It will take you few minutes to prepare it. Make it habit to drink first thing in the morning.
