- Keep Exercise in Your Routine : Never forget to get involve in exercise every day. You should keep it in your daily routine.It will help you to reduce the Blood Sugar level and cuts the risk to extent.If you love Yoga , try it and I am sure you will love it and never abandon it.
- Reduce Your Weigh: Always try to keep your weight good, now question comes how you can identify your weight according to your age? Simple solution you should consult the doctor for better.
- Diet Control : Always try to control your Diet, Some foods we can not control but we have to do it. Because this habit to have excessive diet can make you more sick. So improve your diet, add some foods and vegetables in your diet.
- Avoid Sleeping in Day Time: Don;t sleep in day because it can spoil your night sleep. Before go to bed wash your hand, foot, and be fresh to get good sleep.
- Quit Smoking : Smoking is injurious to health you all know admit it, you have to quit it. I know its very difficult to quit but you can have some support, like use gums to control smoking.
- Reduce Stress: How stress evolves ? You know it better because it depends on conditions. So try to reduce and cut the risk of stress by implementing YOGA in your daily exercise. After Meditation you will feel great and lots of energy. Keep practice YOGA for better life.
- Take Care of Your Eyes & Foot: You have to be very careful for your eyes and foot. Consult doctor for regular eye and foot check up.
